A micro magnetic gear pump is a compact positive displacement pump. Its core lies in the magnetic coupling: the motor drives the external magnet rotor, which, via magnetic force coupling, synchronously rotates the internal magnet rotor and the drive gear sealed within the pump housing, thereby driving the driven gear in meshing transmission. This design achieves completely leak-free sealing.
-
1) Zero Leakage: Magnetic drive eliminates shaft seal leakage points.
2) High Pressure: Capable of generating differential pressures up to 20 bar at low flows.
3) Long Service Life: Non-contact torque transmission minimizes wear.
4) Dry Run Tolerance: Special materials and design allow tolerance to short-term dry running.
5) Easy Precise Control: Linear relationship between flow rate and rotational speed.

Wide flow range (0.1-26 ml/rev), high working pressure (20-40 Bar), broad operating temperature range (-120°C to 150°C), extended dry running capability (>100 hours), long service life (>20,000 hours), and strong self-priming capability.

No dynamic seals, hence no risk of leakage; reduced wear and long service life; low noise; easy disassembly and maintenance; completely sealed pump body prevents potential contamination and adapts to more working conditions.
