In pressurization applications, micro magnetic gear pumps are designed to provide more pressure to a liquid. This is particularly useful when the existing line pressure is insufficient for system requirements, such as with water lines, or when handling other fluids stored in tanks at atmospheric or lower-than-needed pressures. These pumps draw fluid from such low-pressure sources and boost it to the required higher pressure level. As positive displacement pumps, they move a fixed volume of fluid with each operating cycle, enabling them to reliably build and maintain system pressure.

Our gear pump series covers a flow range of 0-65 L/min. Depending on operating conditions and the characteristics of the conveyed fluid, the pump body can withstand pressures of 20-300 Bar.

All gear pumps deliver smooth, pulsation-free, and precise positive displacement pumping across a broad temperature range (-120 to 150°C) and viscosity range (0.2 to 20,000 cps).
