Crafted with SS316 stainless steel and PEEK components, the pump resists corrosion and wear, ideal for harsh industrial environments. The high-precision zirconia ceramic shaft ensures rigidity and stability, even in abrasive liquids and high-pressure operations.
Precision-machined gears and a unique cavity profile eliminate flow pulsation, ensuring smooth fluid transfer for sensitive applications like medical device fluid circuits and precision instrument calibration.
With an operating temperature range of -120~150℃ and a pressure rating up to 150 bar, this pump handles extreme conditions, from cryogenic fluid transfer to high-pressure industrial processes.
Single-shot injection-molded gears and a robust magnetic drive system extend the service life to over 20,000 hours in clean media, minimizing maintenance downtime and operational costs.
Fresh air systems, various agricultural spraying systems, electrostatic disinfection systems, etc.
Widely used in high-end refrigeration equipment and electronic cooling systems, it meets the demands of continuous operation in harsh environments and ensures stable output under complex working conditions.
Excels in transferring high-viscosity fluids (compatibility up to 10000cps) in chemical processing and industrial coating lines, thanks to its high-pressure resistance and wear-resistant components.

Install a 400 mesh or higher filter (25μm or finer) at the pump inlet to prevent debris from damaging gears and bearings. For closed-loop systems, place the filter at the outlet, ensuring the filter's rated flow is at least 1.5 times the pump's flow rate.
Prolonged dry running damages the pump—always ensure the pump chamber is filled with liquid or wetted before operation. Avoid excessive speeds during dry-running conditions.
Align pipelines with the pump's inlet/outlet to minimize eccentric torque. Use proper pipeline supports to avoid placing weight on the pump body, which can cause leakage or structural damage.
Check O-ring seals (FKM/EPDM/PTFE options) regularly for wear. Ensure thread connections are tightened to prevent pressure loss, especially in high-pressure applications.
