The measurement function of micro magnetic gear pumps involves the precise control and transfer of minute liquid volumes, ensuring highly consistent fluid delivery with each cycle. The gear pump operates through two tightly meshed gears (driving and driven) rotating within a pump chamber, creating sealed cavities that displace fluid with high accuracy. This precision is critical for applications requiring strict proportional dosing.

Our gear pump series covers a flow range of 0-65 L/min. Depending on operating conditions and the characteristics of the conveyed fluid, the pump body can withstand pressures of 20-300 Bar.

All gear pumps deliver smooth, pulsation-free, and precise positive displacement pumping across a broad temperature range (-120 to 150°C) and viscosity range (0.2 to 20,000 cps).
