To ensure the quality of every Suofu NP series product, each pump has a unique identification code to guarantee the inspection and tracking of its quality status. Before official release, each pump must undergo seven factory tests: noise test, vibration test, wear resistance test, flow test, pressure performance test, pressure withstand test, and energy consumption test. It is released only after meeting all qualified indicators. We not only provide standard factory tests but can also perform tests at customized operating points according to your requirements.

All products come with a one-year warranty, valid for 12 months from the delivery date (excluding wearable parts). If a malfunction occurs after the warranty period expires, please contact our sales engineers.
