In the atomization function, micro magnetic gear pumps excel at converting liquids into tiny droplets, forming a fine mist or aerosol. This is achieved by supplying a stable, pressure-controlled liquid stream to a nozzle or atomizer. The pump's consistent pressure output is crucial for forming uniform and fine mist droplets, ensuring the liquid is uniformly dispersed in the air. This makes it suitable for various applications requiring precise and consistent aerosol generation. In some high-speed centrifugal atomizers, the gear mechanism itself can also be utilized to achieve the high-speed rotation of the atomizing disk.

Our gear pump series covers a flow range of 0-65 L/min. Depending on operating conditions and the characteristics of the conveyed fluid, the pump body can withstand pressures of 20-300 Bar.

All gear pumps deliver smooth, pulsation-free, and precise positive displacement pumping across a broad temperature range (-120 to 150°C) and viscosity range (0.2 to 20,000 cps).
