Sanming, Fujian, China – December 8, 2024 – The foundation-laying ceremony for Suofu's intelligent micro-pump production base project was grandly held in the Sanming Ecological New City of Fujian Province, marking a significant stride in the company's mission to build a leading micro-pump manufacturing hub in China.
The new project, which spans 19 mu (approximately 1.27 hectares) with a total floor area of 20,000 square meters, is scheduled for completion within a three-year construction period. Upon operational, it will be transformed into an integrated industrial base focused on high-precision machining for micro magnetic gear pumps, fully automated assembly, testing production lines, and upstream/downstream integration encompassing brushless DC motors, controllers, and pump control systems.
This new base represents a substantial expansion from Suofu's existing production facility, which has a total area of 2,000 ㎡, including a 1,600 ㎡ production workshop.
The new base is projected to dramatically boost Suofu's production capacity from the current 30,000-40,000 units per year to 500,000 units annually. This expansion is expected to generate over 100 million RMB in additional annual output value, significantly enhancing the company's contribution to the regional economy and the industry. The year 2024 marks the 15th anniversary of Suofu's operations. The company's journey began with the establishment of Shanghai Suofu in 2010, followed by the founding of Sanming Suofu Co., Ltd. in 2015. In a significant early achievement, Suofu's products reached the national finals of the Advanced Manufacturing Group in the Ministry of Science and Technology's China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition in the year of Sanming subsidiary's establishment, securing a second-place prize in Fujian province. Over the years, the company has amassed 29 patents and undertaken 32 national, provincial, and municipal research projects, solidifying its position as a technology leader. This new intelligent production base underscores Suofu Pump Industry's commitment to pioneering the domestic micro-pump sector and embarking on a new chapter of growth.
