Disassembly:

1️⃣ First, unscrew the screws on the rear pump body in sequence.

2️⃣ Remove the screws on the pump body, carefully detach the magnetic casing, and remove the inner magnetic drive.

3️⃣ Unscrew the screws on the front pump body in sequence.

4️⃣ Remove the front pump body and the gears, then pull out the positioning pins.

5️⃣ Inspect components such as the front, middle, and rear pump bodies, and gears. Replace any damaged parts promptly.

After disassembly, proceed to Assembly:

1️⃣ Align with the positioning pin holes and insert the positioning pins.

2️⃣ Install the drive gear and driven gear into the pump body, ensuring an appropriate gap between the gears and the pump body.

3️⃣ Install the front pump body, then tighten the front pump body screws in sequence.

4️⃣ Use a torque wrench set to the specified parameters to tighten the screws. Check if the gear pump rotates smoothly.

5️⃣ Install the inner magnetic drive and the magnetic casing, followed by tightening the fixing screws in sequence.
